Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Bank Transfer

For Bank Transfer orders, your order will be processed after payment has been confirmed.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking details (where available).

Failed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable to receive the parcel or provides an incorrect address or phone number, delivery may be delayed or the order may be cancelled.
