At HomeZex, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Not be damaged due to misuse by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used products.
- Products damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
